Please read:  Mandatory orientation will be held at 1:00 pm on the Tuesday before class starts in room 111A in the Advanced Technology Center (ATC). You will be given the Criminal background check form to fill out at the mandatory orientation. However, if you believe there is a reason your background check will be flagged by the state, you will need to request the form prior to orientation, fill it out, sign it and return it to us immediately as you will not be allowed to attend clinical until your check has been cleared and if your background check is flagged, this may add additional time to the process. You will be emailed the physical exam form and should begin work on it immediately if you haven’t already. Bring this form to orientation. It must be completed in full before the first day of class.
