Have you ever thought about becoming a pilot? Whether you’re looking to make a high-flying career change or just want to get a taste of life from the flight deck, the first step is an introductory flight lesson. Indian Hills Community College flight instructors are standing by and ready to take you through the paces including:
 
  • 20 minute introductory flight lesson (Must be 14 years of age or older)
  • Hands-on inflight demonstrations of pilot maneuvers – you’ll do the flying!
  • Takeoff and landing at the Ottumwa airport in IHCC flight school aircraft
  • Optional observer in the back seat to share in your training experience*
  • Introductory logbook included to record your flight time.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS ONE LESSON AVAILABLE OVER 52 WEEKS
 
The Aviation Professional Pilot program at IHCC is an FAA Part 141 certified pilot school. If you enjoy the lesson, please let us know!
