Course number : NON 2100
« back to classes page
This class is designed for dogs who get overly excited or nervous and bark at other dogs or new people. One of the hardest parts of overcoming these behaviors is finding a consistent and predictable place to practice with cooperative helpers! Reactive Rovers class is that place. Dogs will learn how to remain calm and focused on their person when they see another dog or a person that is unfamiliar to them. Dogs must have had prior training with Melissa or have approval to join in on this class. Some dogs may need to learn foundational skills before joining this class through private training. Contact Melissa at pawsibilitiesottumwa@gmail.com if you are wondering whether your dog is a good fit for this class.

Dogs must be at least six months old and be up to date on vaccines for parvo and rabies. Pitt Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers cannot be accepted in this class due to city ordinances.
