Change Management

You’ve probably heard that 70% of all transformational change efforts fail. That’s a scary statistic—especially considering that NO organization survives long-term if it cannot reinvent itself.

So what can an organization do to implement effective change management and come out on the right end of that prediction? It takes thoughtful leadership, not just for planning the change itself but also for strategizing how to get people in the organization on board. During change management, leaders need to be ready to:
 • Ensure that every member of the organization—from top to bottom—has a clear understanding of how they personally respond to change. And where they tend to get “stuck” during a transformation.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of leaders during change management. And learn the skills to lead and support others during change
• Prepare with the tips, tools, techniques and practices that will support change champions AND address change resistors.

This change management series tackles each of these issues in three half-day workshops:
Module 1. Stuck in the Change Curve: Recognizing Individuals’ Response to Change
Module 2. Leading Through Change: The Steps that Drive Buy-In
Module 3. How to Hold People Accountable Through Change
